Manufacturer’s Warranty –
We guarantee our sunglasses / eyeglasses from any defects in the materials or craftsmanship within 1 year of the original purchase date. This excludes any damage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive heat, pressure breaks or bending, or any other form of negligence by the end user. This warranty is void if the frames or lenses are altered in any way. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase so that the transaction can be verified.
1. What’s Included:
Frame Structure: Micro-cracking in the acetate without impact marks, hinge solder failure, or spontaneous loosening of embedded rivets.
Coatings & Finishes: Premature peeling or bubbling of anti-reflective (AR) lens coatings, or flaking of precious metal frame plating (e.g., 18k gold plating).
Hardware: Defective nose pad arms, missing structural components upon unboxing, or misaligned core wires.
2. What’s Excluded:
Loss or Theft: Lost frames or stolen components.
Accidental Damage: Stepping on frames, dropping them, crushing, pet damage etc.
Normal Wear & Tear: Standard micro-scratches on lenses from cleaning with shirts, stretched-out frames from wearing them on top of the head, and natural acetate dulling due to sweat/skin oils.
Frame Alterations: Any frames modified, heated incorrectly, or fitted with prescription lenses by a third-party optician.
Damage Replacement Program –
If your frames are accidentally damaged due to your own negligence for ANY reason you’ll receive a ONE TIME replacement at 50% OFF on us. If this unfortunate event arises send a note to info@duanelittles.com and we’ll gladly send a one time replacement pair to you at 50% OFF plus shipping charges after you return the damaged pair back to us. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase so that the transaction can be verified. Sale frames are ineligible for this replacement program.
