Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If something arrives damaged, or if there is any other issue with your order please send a photo of the damaged goods and a note to info@duanelittles.com and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Canceling / Editing Orders – Please triple check that all of your order details are correct before submitting your order. You can’t edit or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.
Wrong Address / Returned to Sender – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
*Note: There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Orders lost in the mail – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you’re unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order and have it reshipped. In this case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
Returned by Customer – PLEASE contact us at info@duanelittles.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense would need to be placed for an updated size. Each product you see in our catalog is made on demand, which means that when you place your order, a product is customized, and then it’s sent out to you.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
