Return Policy
Hassle Free Returns –
Any pair of sunglasses / eyeglasses purchased on our website or in person is eligible for a free return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The frames must be returned in brand new condition and accompanied with all of the original packaging. Please ensure that your return shipping packaging is adequate to prevent any damage of the product and the original eyewear packaging. You are responsible for any return shipment charges to send packages back to us and any reshipment charges for items that are to be exchanged.
Manufacturer’s Warranty –
We guarantee our sunglasses / eyeglasses from any defects in the materials or craftsmanship within two years of purchase. This excludes any damage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive heat, pressure breaks or bending, or any other form of negligence by the end user. This warranty is void if the frames or lenses are altered in any way. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase so that the transaction can be verified. This warranty does not cover shipping charges.
Loss / Damage Replacement Warranty –
If your frames are lost or accidentally damaged for any reason you’ll receive a one time replacement at 50% OFF on us. If this unfortunate event arises send a note to info@duanelittles.com and we’ll gladly send a one time replacement pair to you at 50% OFF plus shipping charges. Sale frames are ineligible for this replacement program.
Damages –
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If something arrives damaged, or if there is any other issue with your order please send a photo of the damaged goods and a note to info@duanelittles.com and we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Address / Returned to Sender – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
*Note: There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Orders lost in the mail – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you’re unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order and have it reshipped. In this case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
