As soon as your order has been placed, in the background we are working on processing your order.

The fulfillment times for our most popular products are within a 2–7 business day timeframe depending on current order volume at our facility.

Please note: Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. Once your items have been fulfilled the tracking info for your order will be provided via email and will also display for each order on the customer accounts (orders tab) when you log into your account.

Our fulfillment times have pretty much returned back to normal, but in some cases will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Even though things are returning back to normal we may experience a 2 – 3 week turnaround time on some orders.

Each product you see in our catalog is made on demand, which means that when you place your order, it takes a few days for the product to be made, and then it’s sent out to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction.

We’re doing our best to get your orders fulfilled in a timely manner, but once they’re handed over to the shipping carriers, it’s up to their sorting center capacity.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Orders lost in the mail – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. 

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

If you’re unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order and have it reshipped. In this case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
